Aptly placed sticker in the RCN diary highlights what this nurse thinks of the current NHS working environment. Budget cuts driven in by the Government and their Private Sector backers have left massive holes in services and numbers, meaning we are expected to look after far and above the maximum number of patients deemed safe.
